History
Formerly known as California Dolphin Swim School, we are now named Calphin Aquatic Club. You may have seen our school operating all over the San Francisco Bay Area for the last few years, from Sunnyvale to Hayward, with multiple locations in Fremont. We published our first website not long after our swim school was founded in May 2003, when we had only some 66 swimmers. We’ve been growing fast, with currently well over 1000 in-school swimmers that have participated in our programs. To accommodate our continued success and demand for our proven lesson system, we raised funds and built our own aquatic facility in the city of Fremont. After being approved by the city planning commission in April of 2007, the project broke ground in February of ’08. The swim center was substantially completed on September 27, 2008.
