Amenities include an Outdoor Heated Pool and a Large Pool Deck with Lounge Chairs and Patio Sets. In 1925, the area was owned by Kimber Farms, a company that pioneered the scientific breeding of chickens and turkeys. John Kimber, the company founder, created a recreation area for the company's employees and their families. Kimberwoods, as it was known, became part of an exclusive home development project, with a clubhouse, swimming pool, childcare center, and tennis courts.
