Whether it be finding the right class for your swimmer, or the right membership to join, our staff of courteous and knowledgeable customer service representatives, at the front desk of our main facility, is ready and willing to help. If you can’t find your answer here on our website (via the FAQ’s page or the specific page dedicated to each program), feel free to get clarification using our helpful Customer Service Representatives.
There are many ways to have us help you find an answer your question:
Website Contact Forms – from a Question to Coach or general Inquiry to any Suggestions you may have, our online contact forms will be submitted directly to a customer service representative who will answer your question within 24 hours.
Telephone – Our Customer service representatives are standing by during office hours 7 days a week to answer your calls at 510-790-SWIM (7946).
Email – Shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) electronically and one of our representatives will reply within 24 hours of receipt.
Fax– You can even fax us your inquiries 510-796-7946
In-Person – The best way to get introduced to our programs at Calphin is to come visit us! Come by any day of the week during our office hours to get 1-on-1 attention from one of our representatives, take a tour of the facility and even watch a lesson in-progress from our parent observation area.
