🔄 How It Works ？
1. Continuous Enrollment:
No more session-by-session registration
Previously, you had to re-register and secure your spot every session.
Now, you register once and your child will continue in the program automatically.
Once enrolled, your swimmer will remain in the assigned time slot until advancing to the next level, or until you request a reschedule or withdrawal.
2. Progress-based Level movement:
Coaches conduct periodic evaluations every 10 weeks to monitor swimmer development.
3. Billing Changes:
Payments will be structured on a continuous monthly billing cycle, determined by the number of classes. Recurring payments will be processed on the 25th of each month. Upon approval of initial enrollment, a prorated fee for the first month, together with the annual fee, will be charged.
4. Transfer and Drop:
You may transfer or drop your enrollment at no additional cost. To drop any enrollment, please provide at least 21 days’ notice prior to the effective drop date.
