Adult Class:                        Max Ratio = 1:6                                Class Time: 45min                            Criteria: any skill level, 18yo and up

This level is designed for adult swimmers of all ages and abilities. Adult classes have lower student to coach ratios than most other classes and are highly tailored based on the individual goals of every participant. There is no set goal to reach when completing an adult class, rather, they are designed to help each participant set their own personal goal to reach by the sessions end. Adult classes are split into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes based on skill. Beginner classes are the equivalent of approximately BUB1-CRL3 in skill level, Intermediate classes are approximately the equivalent of GLD1-3 in skill, and Advanced classes are approximately the equivalent of SPR-ELT in skill. The instructor will teach from in the water for every level of Adult class to ensure safety, frequent hands on correction, and explanations of important swim concepts and skills.
