Aquatic Service Policies

•  Access & Enrollment: Pool use requires signed policies/waivers, billing authorization, and tuition paid in full.

•  Safety First: Parents must stay on‑site for minors; swimmers follow staff and posted pool rules.

•  Health Rules: Sick swimmers (fever, diarrhea, infectious symptoms) not allowed; masks may be recommended.

•  Biohazards: Cleanup fees ($50–$200) apply for accidents (vomit, fecal, etc.).

•  Insurance: Families must carry their own medical insurance; Calphin provides limited secondary coverage.

•  Emergency Response: Emergency Action Plan in place; staff trained to handle incidents calmly.

•  Self‑Practice: Available for enrolled students (lane limits, lifeguard supervision, no horseplay/food/drink).

     Non‑students may purchase passes.

•  Private Lessons: Offered in limited spots; priority for current students needing extra support.

•  Class Placement & Advancement: Students grouped by age/skill; level‑up only after passing evaluation.

•  Closures: Classes may close if under‑enrolled; tuition credited, no refunds.
