Absence & Make-Up Policy

•  Families must notify absences at least 24 hours in advance through the portal.

•  Absence reported as vacation/medical reason with documentation can receive credits if less than 2 weeks.

•  One makeup token granted per month per enrollment. (Valid for 30 days)

•  Make-up classes must be scheduled (no drop-ins).

•  Make‑up classes depend on space; regular enrollment takes priority and may require rescheduling.

•  No credit or refunds for missed lessons without notice.

•  Menstrual period (for girls): Not eligible for credit; one makeup token per month may be issued.

•  Makeup classes cannot be scheduled before the absence or rescheduled once booked.
