Registration Plicies

• Families must create an iClassPro account and accept all Calphin policies/waivers before enrollment.

• Enrollment begins with the first available lesson after registration and payment.

• Annual fee: $40 per student (auto‑renewed every 12 months).

• New student setup fee: $45 one‑time (Welcome Package).

• Enrollment confirmed once payment is processed and approval email sent.

• Re‑enrollment after pause/drop follows the same requirements (annual fee only if expired).

Refund Policies

• No refunds after 3 days of initial enrollment payment.

• No refunds for recurring monthly tuition.

• Refunds only for amounts over $100 and require management approval.

• Processing fee: $30 per refund; credits have no fee.

• Refunds issued by check only (mail or pickup); may take up to 6 weeks.

• Non‑refundable: setup, registration, and merchandise fees.

• Relocation refunds require proof of new address 50+ miles away.

• Aggressive refund demands or chargebacks may result in fees, refusal of service, or legal action.

• Errors made by staff or portal may qualify for refunds (processing fee may be waived).
