28 Jul Open House Announcement and Summary – Dublin Facility
Calphin Dublin facility is hosting an Open House to wrap up the end of Summer! We hope to welcome new community members to our Fall Session Program by allowing families to participate in the Open House event on Sunday, August 1st.
The Open House will take place on Sunday, August 1st, where we will invite returning swimmers who have yet to sign up for lessons following the COVID-19 pandemic closure of our facility as well as new Swimmers and their families to come to the facility for some fun in the pool! We encourage all swimmers to bring a friend with them to experience the pool and socialize with others as we head into another fantastic school year.
For returning and new swimmers, this Open House event will have available sessions between 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. We have missed our students and are looking forward to having you back! To all new swimmers – Welcome! We are excited to meet you!
Calphin will be hosting another Open House specifically for swimmers associated with local Summer League teams at 3:30 PM the same day, Sunday, August 1st until 4:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for swimmers who have just finished their league events to come in and try out our facility! We are open year-round and this is an excellent spot for Summer League swimmers to continue refining their stroke technique as well as stay in shape before the season starts back up again.
All Calphin coaches have a swimming background in either USA, Collegiate or are part of the local Summer League swimming community. They are all trained by our owner, Coach Wang, who was an Olympic athlete and won a Silver Medal in Butterfly. With an emphasis on stroke refinement, swimmers are taught the proper technique for all strokes along with turns, dives, and finishes.
We really do hope that you can join us for some swimming and fun! We will have our coaching staff available to help with any questions that you may have regarding our curriculum, facility, or any other general questions. We look forward to seeing you there!
