Responsibilities and Duties
- Swim instruction for children and adults, from beginner to competitive
- Deliver learning progression in a safe and fun environment
- Safely guard and enforce all pool safety rules (Lifeguard)
- Commit to the assigned work shifts or schedules
- Timely recognize & respond to emergencies with care as trained
Qualifications and Skills
- Attention to detail and awareness of pool safety
- Competitive swim experience (preferred not required)
- Swim Instruction Experience (preferred not required)
- Lifeguard experience with active ARC Lifeguard Certification (preferred not required)
- Must be 16 years or older and fluent in English
- Ability to pass criminal background check

Parking Attendant — Part time, Stable and Good Pay!
As one of the fastest growing swimming programs in the bay area, Calphin Swim Academy is looking for responsible, enthusiastic individuals to fill the positions of Parking Attendant. These are year-round Part-time positions with flexible work schedule, competitive wages, and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet, assist, and direct guests to the nearest open parking spots using hand signals.
- Make sure customers do not park in unauthorized areas.
- Direct customers to drop off and pick up area.
- Provide customer service and information upon request, including answering general questions about the parking lot policies, the facilities, etc.
- Observe and monitor the security of the parking lot, to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to the management as needed.
- Maintain a clean environment by sweeping up parking areas and picking up any refuse left in the parking area.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Skills in driving vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Qualification Preferred:
- Previous parking lot service experience
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays
Payrate:
- $16.50 – $19.00/hour (D.O.E.)
